These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the website bulletcg.com. By placing an order on the Website, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or reservation.
-
Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all sales concluded between the Seller and any customer, whether located in France, the European Union, the United States, or any other country.
The Customer declares that they are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
The Seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version shall be the one in force at the time the order is placed.
-
Products
The Seller specializes in trading card game products, including but not limited to:
-
Booster packs
-
Booster boxes
-
Collection boxes
-
Elite trainer boxes
-
Sealed displays
-
Trading card accessories
All products are sold factory sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of collectible products, variations in packaging, print runs, or manufacturer presentation may occur. Product images displayed on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item received.
The Seller guarantees that all products sold are authentic.
-
Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Customer.
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the shipping destination. For customers outside the European Union, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
In the event of an obvious pricing error due to technical malfunction or human error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
-
Orders
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
-
Suspected fraud
-
Payment disputes or chargebacks
-
Inaccurate customer information
-
Stock discrepancies
-
Abusive or bad faith behavior
In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
-
Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
The Seller does not store full credit card information.
The Customer warrants that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Any fraudulent transaction or unauthorized chargeback may result in permanent suspension from future purchases and may be reported to relevant authorities.
-
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders prior to official release dates.
By placing a pre-order, the Customer acknowledges that:
-
Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change.
-
Delays beyond the Seller’s control may occur.
-
Supplier allocations may reduce available quantities.
In case of allocation or supply reduction, the Seller reserves the right to partially fulfill or cancel affected quantities with a proportional refund.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the product has been prepared for shipment.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
-
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at checkout.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions are beyond the Seller’s control.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
-
International Shipping and Customs
For shipments outside France or the European Union, customs clearance procedures may apply.
The Customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
Refusal to pay customs duties or failure to complete customs procedures resulting in return or destruction of the package will not entitle the Customer to a refund of shipping costs.
-
Delivery Issues
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
The Seller may assist in filing a carrier investigation but cannot guarantee compensation if the carrier denies liability.
-
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery.
However, in accordance with applicable consumer law, sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or integrity reasons.
Given the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, opened sealed products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
To qualify for a return:
-
The product must remain unopened and in its original sealed condition.
-
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
-
The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and verification of the returned product’s condition.
-
Product Condition and Collectible Nature
Trading card products are collectible items subject to market fluctuations.
The Seller does not guarantee card contents, pull rates, grading outcomes, or secondary market value.
Minor imperfections in packaging (small dents, plastic wrap tightness, print variations) are not considered defects unless they significantly compromise the integrity of the seal.
-
Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
-
Loss of profit
-
Loss of opportunity
-
Loss of collectible value
-
Market price fluctuations
The Seller’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
-
Fraud and Abuse
The Seller reserves the right to take action against fraudulent claims, false delivery reports, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the dispute system.
Evidence such as tracking confirmation, carrier delivery scans, and order history may be used in dispute proceedings.
Customers engaging in abusive behavior may be permanently banned from the Website.
-
Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier failures, transport disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
-
Intellectual Property
All content on bulletcg.com, including text, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of the Seller and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
-
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s country of residence.
