Preorder Policy

  1. Overview

This Preorder Policy applies to all preorder purchases made on bulletcg.com and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions described below.

  1. What Is a Preorder

A preorder is the purchase of a product before its official release date.

Preorder products are clearly identified on the product page.

By purchasing a preorder item, you understand that the product is not yet available for immediate shipment.

  1. Release Dates

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors.

These dates are estimates and may change without prior notice due to:

  • Production delays

  • Logistics disruptions

  • Distribution issues

  • Allocation adjustments

  • Manufacturer decisions

The Seller is not responsible for changes in official release dates.

  1. Shipping of Preorders

Preorders are shipped once the product becomes available and is received from our distributor.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be shipped only when all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Processing time (typically up to 2 business days) begins once the preorder product is physically in stock.

  1. Supplier Allocation

Due to the nature of the trading card industry, distributors may allocate or reduce quantities supplied to retailers.

In the event of supplier allocation beyond our control, the Seller reserves the right to:

  • Partially fulfill the preorder

  • Reduce quantities

  • Cancel affected units

If allocation affects your order, a proportional refund will be issued for the unavailable quantity.

  1. Cancellations

Preorders may be canceled only before the order enters preparation for shipment.

Once the product has been prepared, packed, or marked as ready for dispatch, cancellation requests may be refused.

Repeated abusive cancellations may result in account restrictions.

  1. Price Fluctuations

The trading card market is volatile.

Once a preorder is placed and confirmed, the price is locked and will not be adjusted based on market fluctuations, whether the market price increases or decreases after purchase.

  1. Delays

Delays in release dates do not automatically qualify for cancellation or compensation.

The Seller is not responsible for manufacturer or distributor delays beyond reasonable control.

  1. Non-Returnable Nature of Opened Products

Preordered sealed trading card products follow the same return rules as all sealed products:

  • Opened items are strictly non-returnable

  • Randomized contents are not grounds for return

  1. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of shipment.

If your address changes before release, you must notify us before the order is dispatched.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by outdated address information.

  1. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks

Preorders are subject to fraud prevention measures.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after the product has been shipped, the Seller reserves the right to provide tracking confirmation and all relevant documentation to the payment processor.

Fraudulent claims may result in permanent suspension from future purchases.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for:

  • Market price fluctuations

  • Secondary market value changes

  • Grading outcomes

  • Manufacturer packaging variations

  • Release date modifications

The Seller’s liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the preorder item.
