This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bulletcg.com and forms an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions described below.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in France.
Processing time refers to order preparation, packing, and transfer to the carrier. It does not include shipping transit time.
During high-demand periods (new releases, pre-orders, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted national and international carriers.
The Seller reserves the right to choose the most appropriate tracked shipping method based on logistical requirements, product characteristics, and destination country.
A tracking number is provided when applicable and sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

France: approximately 2–4 business days

European Union: approximately 3–6 business days

United States: approximately 5–6 business days

Rest of the world: approximately 5–10 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Seller shall not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

Pre-Orders Shipping
Pre-order items are shipped once they become available and are received from the distributor.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified.
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and may change without notice. Delays in release do not constitute grounds for cancellation once the order has entered preparation.

Shipping Address Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
The Seller shall not be responsible for:

Incorrect addresses

Missing apartment numbers

Incomplete names

Delivery issues caused by inaccurate information
If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping fees may apply.

Risk Transfer
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Tracking confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of shipment and, where marked as delivered, proof of delivery.

Delivery Confirmation
If the tracking status indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order shall be considered fulfilled.
The Seller is not responsible for:

Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

Mailbox theft

Incorrect delivery due to customer-provided address errors
Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations.

Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside France or the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply.
The Customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
Refusal to pay customs duties or failure to complete customs clearance may result in the package being returned or destroyed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, you must contact us at contact@bulletcg.com within seven (7) days.
The Seller may initiate a carrier investigation.
Compensation, if any, is subject to the carrier’s final decision.
The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by customs authorities or international postal systems.

Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the outer packaging and product

Include your order number
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or not claimed by the Customer and returned to the Seller:

Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or supply chain interruptions.
