  1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through bulletcg.com and is part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.

Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card game (TCG) products, specific return restrictions apply.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order, without providing any reason.

However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and applicable EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery

  • Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or integrity

Trading card sealed products fall under this exception once opened.

Therefore:

  • Opened booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, or any sealed TCG products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition

  • The protective plastic seal must remain intact

  • The product must not show signs of tampering, damage, or resealing

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (EU customers)

For customers outside the European Union, returns are accepted only at the Seller’s discretion unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened sealed products

  • Single booster packs once opened

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products altered, graded, or modified

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)

  1. Randomized Nature of Products

Trading card products contain randomized contents.

The Seller does not guarantee:

  • Specific cards

  • Pull rates

  • Card rarity

  • Market value

  • Grading outcomes

Dissatisfaction with card contents does not constitute a valid reason for return or refund.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

  • Contact contact@bulletcg.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Include your order number

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Damage caused during shipping may require a carrier investigation. The Seller reserves the right to wait for the carrier’s investigation outcome before issuing compensation.

  1. Lost Packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered, it will be considered fulfilled.

If you believe your package is lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • A carrier investigation may be initiated

The Seller is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

  1. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request:

  • Email contact@bulletcg.com

  • Provide your order number

  • State the reason for the return

  • Attach supporting evidence if necessary

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

If the return is approved:

  • The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The item must be securely packaged

  • We recommend using tracked shipping

The Seller is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

  1. Inspection and Refunds

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

If the product meets return conditions:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If the product does not meet return requirements, the refund may be refused and the item returned to the Customer at their expense.

  1. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may not be canceled once the product has been prepared for shipment.

Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers. Delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.

In the event of supplier allocation or stock reduction, the Seller may:

  • Partially fulfill the order

  • Issue a proportional refund

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after delivery confirmation or in violation of this Return Policy:

  • The Seller reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider

  • Future purchases may be permanently restricted

  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent claims

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the eligible item and place a new order.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Seller’s liability for returned products shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

The Seller shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of collectible value

  • Secondary market fluctuations

  • Manufacturing variations beyond our control

  1. Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time.

The version applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
